2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 with full bathroom, large kitchen, dining area and  livingroom. A balcony overlooking Samana City. On the second floor below you is our lovely sister and amazing hostess Chi Chi. She will be making sure your stay is comfortable and your visit to Samaná wonderful! The house is secure and up a short path from the street. You can park  on the street if you have a car.

The rental includes drinking water, internet, cooking and eating utensils, bedding and towels and a washing machine. There is air conditioning in the large master bedroom. There is an extra fee for use of air as it’s quite expensive to run.

Pricing is as follows for 2 people:

1 to 4 nights $25.00 per night with a 2 night minimum, additional nights $22.50 + 3.00 per night if you use AC

 2 week stay $210.00  + 25.00 if you use AC

3 week stay $250.00 + 40 if you use AC

4 week stay $275.00 + 50.00 if you use AC
